Parsley Modern Mediterranean: Fresh Flavors of the Middle East in Las Vegas

Falafel is absolutely stellar. Was not into the hummus. I didn't care for it. The baklava was strange. I was just hungry and ate it . Because I'm a huge falafel fan and I know good falafel I will have to give it four stars

I just took my first few bites. So far, so good. Everything taste as expected. Communication is a little fuzzy there. Maybe the next time I go, I'll be able to give five stars.

This place was recommended to me by my sister who had just been there for lunch. I described it as a Subway of Fresh and colorful Mediterranean food. I love how they shave the meat right off of the contraction when you order your food. You have options upon options upon options of fresh and pickled vegetables, sauces, you can get it anyway you want, whether in a pita and a wrap and a salad or a bowl. I feel like Dr. Seuss right now.

We tried Parsley for dinner a few days ago and enjoyed this local chain. It's set-up similar to Chipotle in that you choose what type of meat you want and if you want it as a plate, bowl, wrap, etc. and you continue down the line telling them which ingredients you'd like to have. I absolutely love this concept for Mediterranean food. I had a plate with Steak Shawarma, rice, & salad topped with cucumber, tomato, chickpeas, and feta cheese with pita on the side. There were a few fatty pieces of meat, but overall this was all very fresh & delicious and the portion was HUGE; saved half for a very filling lunch the next day. Also, hands down the best pita we've had around town. My husband had a Chicken Shawarma wrap with hummus; it was a very big portion also and he said it was delicious. Ambiance was cozy, yet modern. I liked the choice of tables/chairs and the plants around the space. The 2 gender neutral restrooms were also clean and cutely decorated. I really liked Parsley and we'll definitely be back again. I also wish they'd open a location on St. Rose Pkwy or the Inspirada Community so we'd have one closer to home :)

My absolute favorite Mediterranean place to eat. Highly recommend all of it! Fresh delicious flavorful, great people work there and that cucumber refresher drink so good. After visiting turkey and other places this amount of food and quality can't be beat.

Parsley is a rarity in Las Vegas -- a value-priced restaurant offering food that is creative, tasty, healthy, satisfying, and affordable with a range of really good vegan and vegetarian options. I did not find the app, the ordering experience, or the options to be quite as good and interesting as the Cava chain on the east coast, but this place generally reminded me of Cava, and that's a very good thing. Parsley is still a small chain. I hope they have much success. They are worth a detour.

This was an off-the-cuff search for places to eat nearby. I was going for something healthy and found Parsley Modern Mediterranean on the map. I ordered online and drove 2 miles away to pick up the order. The restaurant is easy to access and as soon as I walked in, there was a sign for "pickup". The place inside was clean and decorated nicely in that Mediterranean theme. There was a line, but one of the men came over and helped me, and handed over my order that was already waiting. The food looked amazing, and OMG... I don't know what I expected, but it tasted soooo good! The tzatziki sauce over the steak nachos (which are fried pitas) was amazing. These nachos are one of the best things I've tasted. The tabouli and grape leaves also had a lot of flavor. I'm glad I gave this place a shot. There was a lot of food and like I said... it was VERY tasty. I'll be back.

This place is always a good spot for Mediterranean food so when I feel like eating something more on the healthier side, this is the place. They always give huge portions too so I usually have leftovers. This place was pretty empty but once we sat down it started to get busy. I give props to the people working here because sometimes the people get complicated with their orders and this one lady just kept asking for samples and interrupting the line. But the employee kept her cool and was firm with her.

I am now making a point to grab lunch here whenever I'm on this side of town. The service is always wonderful...even for an I-pad ordering establishment. The portions are HUGE, one entree is easily enough to feed two people, or count on leftovers. So many fresh vegetables AND large (and delicious) portions for protein. The jalapeño sauce is spicy! I like spicy and it has my nose running. I warned you. Eat here if you haven't already.
